TrayIcon Pro 2.1 .254 Service Release 1 missing restore icon position

|I'm running XPsp3 (same happens in XPsp2).
The right click menu shows save icon position but does not show restore icon position.
When I test under Vista Home Premium both save and restore icon positions appear.

|Very strange - I tested it on Windows XP SP3 and after choosing the Save Icon Positions, Restore Icon Positions appear correctly. It is also visible after quitting and starting TrayIcon Pro.
I will try to test on some other computers to see if I can reproduce it somewhere.

I've tested this under Sp2 and now XP sp3 with the same result.
Never do I see restore icon position...quite frustrating
I've had to revert to using an external program (desksave)

|Please try the following - quit TrayIcon Pro, run regedit.exe, browse to the key:
and remove that key. Then run TrayIcon Pro, Save icon positions and see if Restore appears.

|that fixed the problem, thanks..
without doing anything both save and restore icon position is now on the menu
I performed a save icon position
HOWEVER the restore icon position did not movie the icons back to the positions they were saved from..
something is still amiss.
I did the same save/restore with the external program (desksave) and the icons moved to their saved positions.

whoops....the restore icon position line just disappeared from the menu

|Oh. I am trying to reproduce it here, because otherwise it is hard even to guess what could be wrong.

|what srikes me strange is how the restore icon position appeared briefly on the menu and how it disappeared....
if you can't duplicate it I understand....
at some point stop trying since I have a workaround, thanks

|Yes, I will post here if I find a solution or fix for that. Thank you!
