The support staff of the company is completely non-responsive. Stonewalling seems to be their technique. I have a registered copy of SO2.9 and I need to a new key. I changed computers. The license is supposed to be permanent, but the company seems to want to forget that. Any ideas??
We are really sorry for that! Actually the key you received in your order confirmation E-mail should work on the new computer.
Regarding non-responded E-mails. We have complaints about that. We reply every E-mail we get within a day - usually within a few hours. But some E-mails get lost in various spam filters, Trash E-mail boxes, etc. Non-delivered E-mails is a real problem nowdays.
