Portable Offline Browser creates its Download directory OUTSIDE of the install folder and does NOT permit changing the Download directory location.

How can Portable Offline Browser be PORTABLE if it creates the Download directory OUTSIDE the installation folder and does NOT permit changing the location of the Download directory?

This happens if you install it to c:\Program Files\ folder, which is protected from writing unless you are in the administrator mode.

You may install it to some other place, like C:\POB\ to have all folders in one place and the ability to change the location.
