Shrinking C:\ Hard Drive, Download Location F:\ Drive?

|I just noticed that my C:\ Drive is shrinking everytime I download a project,
even though my Download Location for Files is another Partition my F: Drive.
I also set the TEMP directory to the F: Drive.
I did Disk Cleanup and saved only the most recent Restore point. No dice.
I monitored the amount of space the files on my C:\ drive occupies and they
seem to stay the same. The only difference is that Offline Explorer must
be using my C:\ drive by means of HIDDEN Temp file or something???
Anybody has this same problem?

|How much disk space is used when you download files? Is it megabytes or gigabytes? How it compares to the download size?
Offline Explorer keeps its Projects in c:\ disk by default (you can also see this in the Options dialog - File Locations). Perhaps, the Project Map uses this space.
