Hello,

I have been trying to transfer a project from one machine to another by copying the webdown.dat file..... Unfortunately I can`t even find the file on the original machine.... any Ideas!!

Please try to make a search for it on your hard drives. It should be either in the directory where Offline Explorer is installed or in your Documents and Settings\<username>\Application Data\Offline Explorer\ folder.

Hi there,
I had already tried a search...but no luck ! I can still see my projects in OE. Is there a way to recreate these files?

Well, just create a new Project with the same URL and about the same settings. Then select it in the Projects tree and hit Ctrl-F5. Offline Explorer goes through all downloaded files and adds them to the Project.
