|Why does your product Offline Explorer convert standard filename "index.html" to "default.html"?
How can I escape this conversion?

Offline Explorer doesn`t convert filenames. But when it loads a URL like http://www.server.com/ it doesn`t know which real name was used on the server. In such case, it saves downloaded Web page under default.htm name.
There are many sites that use different default page filenames. Some use index.html, some - default.htm, some may have no filename at all, but produce a listing of the directory. Since Windows filesystem doesn`t allow empty filenames, we decided to use default.htm, as the most frequently used.
