I'm unable to download video from quickcert site. I use my username and password but impossible to see view the video offline, I have the blue screen, and nothing come up.
can you help me to fixe this problem? i buy offline explorer pro 6.8 and install on Windows 7.

|I would suggest you to select the Project that partially downloaded the site and then click the Browse With AutoSave button on the Home tab of the Ribbon. Offline Explorer should download missing files.
If this doesn't help, please contact me via firstname.lastname@example.org and provide the details to logon and reproduce this issue. I will see what can be improved.
