There is support for such letters. And a checkbox to allow Unicode symbols in filenames (Project Properties dialog - Parsing section).

Can you please describe what the problem is? What should be improved for a better support?

The problem happens when I wanted to download an URL which contains Arabic letters within its structure.
For example: When I add this URL in OE to download https://goo.gl/1ZKNY3 The prog converted Arabic letters to question marks.

I noticed that the problem is solved when I copy the URL from Firefox address bar not notepad. Do you have any suggestions to solve this problem?

How I can copy this URL to Notepad from a browser address line? I tried several browsers and all times I get:

https://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=A+Walk+Among+the+Tombstones+++%D8%A7%D8%B3%D8%AA%D8%B9%D8%B1%D8%A7%D8%B6+%D9%88%D9%85%D9%86%D8%A7%D9%82%D8%B4%D8%A9+%D8%A8%D8%A7%D9%84%D8%B9%D8%B1%D8%A8%D9%8A

And no Arabic symbols.
