OE does not preserve folder structure etc

I tried to download the content of this site > http://www.iranicaonline.org/

It worked in general but OE created quite a lot of subfolders which were not part of the site so I had a lot of files to move manually after downloading the project (at least I found them fortunately), otherwise hundreds of links (text and pictures) would be (or were) broken and not usable, for example the files have to be http://www.iranicaonline.org/articles/... but OE had created a lot of subfolders http://www.iranicaonline.org/articles/%ovr1/... to http://www.iranicaonline.org/articles/%ovr20/.. or so (not 100% sure because I already deleted those wrong subfolders)

Of course many links cannot work this way so why does OE create such "unnecessary" and "wrong" subfolders ? I could only repair these links by moving hundreds of files manually from these several subfolders to the right folders (just .../articles...)

Another question: the original website has a full text search option, not possible to use after having downloaded the files with OE (the Search buttons just do not work), is this a general problem or is there a solution for this ? I did not find a "search index" or something similar in the downloaded project, some index files did not work at all anyway

It is easy to overcome the first issue - open the Options dialog - Files section and uncheck the "Protect directories from overloading" box. Click the OK button to save the change.

Regarding the search - the web pages uses search engine located inside the web server and its own database. This code cannot be downloaded and made working offline. You may use the Search Contents dialog to find the desired texts.
