Link redirects problem

I need to download all the files linked to a certain page.
The problem is that the links redirect.
For example:
-the page I want is: site.com/dir1/page1.htm.
But the 1st link on that page, when clicked, goes to: site.com/file1.htm , instead of /dir1/file1.htm.

How do I download this page with unusual hierarchy?

Offline Explorer downloads sites in the way they are designed. So, if it redirects to site.com/file1.htm, then it is where the file is actually located.

What is the problem with that?

If I try to download the file(s) using their "true" links I run into a problem: the page with the links which redirect to my files contains *many* links (tens of them). And the files' naming scheme is very irregular (file1, file_a, file_123 etc.). So I can't add just each and every link to my Project.

If I try to just download site.com, then OE downloads many files besides those that are needed.

So what I need is for OE to download "just the files whose links are on a specific Internet page".

Still it is very unclear to me without looking at the site. Anyway, you may look at the URL Substitutes feature of the Project Properties dialog - Parsing section. It allows to change links on the fly.
