On CTRL+B Projects, Maps, Levels, and Queue Tabs disappear and are replaced by Internal browser.

Sir

For a week I am trying the new version of OE Pro. On CTRL + B Command Internal browser appears normally but the other tabs disappear. On repeat CTRL + B command Internal Browser disappears and project tabs appear. I have tried reinstalling the application. I am unable to browse my projects in the internal browser.

Can you please click the View tab of the Ribbon and check the boxes - Projects, Map, Levels, Queue, Internal browser? Would this help?

On the ribbon I clicked on the view menu. There are two situations.

(1) When Projects, Map, Levels, Queue, and Internal Browser all are checked I can see only the Internal Browser in the window. Near the edge of the window the curser changes into resizing (two parallel bars with two arrows) but I can resize the internal browser window.

(2) When Projects, Map, Levels, and Queue are checked and Internal Browser is unchecked I can toggle between Projects, Levels, Queues, and Maps by clicking on the corresponding tab. When I click on an already downloaded project it opens in external browser IE7 in my case. I can normally create a new project and can download it. On right clicking the project - browse in a new window option is missiing.

I am working normally with the help of external browser.

Perhaps, some registry settings should be corrected. I will write you now to the E-mail address you are using in this forum. I need the copy of the Registry settings. I will se what exactly goes wrong and will make an improvement to prevent such situations in future.
