There have been at least 2 emails announcing an upcoming 6.0 release of the Offline Explorer products.
Those emails talk about buying ADDITIONAL licenses at FULL PRICE with guaranteed upgrade.
That wording is not clear. I already have a license and I am one person. Why would I want to buy another?
In the past, major upgrades were offered at half the list price.
There has been no statement about a single registered user of any of the Offline Explorer products and the major upgrade other than to state we can buy ANOTHER current license.
Why would anyone do that?

This announcement is for the users of different applications who are also curious about Offline Explorer.
Since you own a license already, we will surely offer the upgrade at the half of the full price. This policy will not change.
If we would have a price increase, we will make a special offer to the customers for an early upgrade at a half of the current price.
A part of the offer in the E-mail was to buy an additional license to your friends or family members with a 30% discount off the full price. And the additional license will be valid for all 6.x versions at no additional cost.
We are also thinking on similar additional license offers and discounts for future.
