Dumb question but.. how do I only include files with 'hd' in the filename ?

|My apologies as this probably obvious AND I have reviewed the help files however I simply cannot get this to work. I am trying to download video files that ONLY have 'hd' as part of the file name. I can happily download ALL the video files but I am, as yet, unsuccessful in having the filters capture items with hd embedded in the file body ( eg mountainhd03.wav) without capturing either ..err.. nothing.. or everything.
Please assist me with the syntax of this filtter .

|I think, the best way would be:
Use Project Properties dialog - File Filters - Text - select "Load from the starting server" in the Location field. Do the same for all other File Filters categories except Video. The latter should have "Load using URL Filters".
In URL Filters - Filename category add:
to the Included keywords list.
