After downloading a project containing a large number of files, I have found that many files are incomplete. I, therefore, reran the project selecting "Download only Modified and new files" and "Check file size". However, I found that many of the files that were not incomplete are being downloaded again consuming a large amount of time. I have verified in these cases that the first and second copies downloaded are identical using the "FC /B" command at the command prompt.
The number of files involved is, by far, too great for me to manually each file individually.
Also, after the second time the project was downloaded, there still remained files that were incompletely downloaded. For all I know, there may be some files that were complete after the original download and are incomplete after the second download.
Is there a way to use only "Check file size" and no other criteria to determine which files to download?
Can you please tell me more details on how to reproduce this? Many sites do not supply length of downloaded files, so Offline Explorer has to load the whole file and then guess if it is complete or not. It has some verification code ("Check files integrity" box in the Properties dialog - Parsing section). But perhaps, it has to be further improved for a site like yours.
Thank you!
