I''m using version 5.2.2848. I''ve set the project to load images only from the originating server but it still loads from other servers. When I try to test URL''s against URL filters to see why using the test provided in the Properties I get an access violation every time.

Can I ask you to send me this Project settings? Please use Export - Project Settings - Copy on toolbar and then paste it in this Forum. I will reproduce it and fix it shortly.

Thank you!

I am getting the same problem with Offline Explorer Pro 5.2.2878: I have the project set to download files only from the original server, but Offline Explorer Pro ignores this restriction and tries to download the entire Internet instead. When I try to use the "Test a URL against URL filters" box, I get the following error dialog:

Access violation at address 00729984 in module ''OE.exe''. Read of address FFFFFFFF.

Can you confirm whether or when this bug will be fixed, or whether there''s a workaround? The program, which we just bought yesterday, is quite useless unless we can restrict it to download files from our local servers only.

Thank you for reporting the error! I just fixed it. Please replace oe.exe file with the updated one:

http://www.metaproducts.com/download/betas/OEP2897.ZIP

If this version still loads unwanted links, please review the File Filters categories and their Location settings.

Oleg.
