Then save the queue using the save to file function Then create an identical project on another PC Copy the two files across Do a resume from file The files are not read and I have to restart the project from the beginning. Am I missing something please thanks |

Yes, it is because internal ID do not match. I suggest you to select the project you suspended on the first computer, click Copy button and paste to a Notepad or E-mail. Transfer that text to another computer, select and copy the whole text and click Paste in Offline Explorer. Then you should be able to resume from the file. Make sure you transfer both .wdq an d .wdqh files to another PC.

I have tried this, but it does not work :-( I select the correct file, click open and nothing at all happens. I have checked the imported project file and it seems ok, so there must be something else I have missed. Both versions of OEP are the same. thanks |

Can you please use the View - Statistics button for these Projects on both PCs to see if the Map filenames are the same? This is actually the internal ID number of the Project, which should be the same.

Can you send me the text of this Project (select it and click Copy button) and both of these .whq and .wdqh files (zipped) by E-mail to support@metaproducts.com ?
I will see what is wrong there. Thank you! Oleg. |
