images delivered via PHP

I'm attempting to rip all of the images in a particular gallery, but OE can't seem to get the location of the actual image... only the .php file that is delivering it.

When browsing the gallery in a browser, all images are presented by a content.php file. This file is passed several arguments via the hyperlinked thumbnails, see the portion of the URL below:
content.php?show=galleries&gallery=userupload&section=2&image=193

When attempting to download this gallery with OE, you get a ton of files named something like content.php?show=galleries&gallery=userupload&section=2&image=193.jpg, but there is no actual image data in that file. Am I missing something???

I cannot suggest anything here without looking at the site. They are all different. Can you please give me more details?

Actually it looks like I got it running after enabling the "Evaluate scripts" option. My apologies for not updating the post sooner.
