Resource exhaustion with 4.6.2554

I run OEP 24x7, doing hundreds of downloads daily. With the new 4.6 release, after a day or two OEP and all other programs become no longer able to open TCP/IP connections. Exiting OEP resolves the problem, and OEP itself works fine when restarted, running for another day or two before the machine again loses connectivity.

I have fallen back to the 4.5.2532 version, where the problem does not occur.

I made a change that should fix it. Can you please try the updated oe.exe file and let me know how it works?
