|Hi! Offline Explorer Portable and Pro seem to be the same product except that one uses registry to keep settings while the other allows you not having to install it in order to use it right?
Their feature sets is almost exacty with the same Portable having no disadvantage over the Pro version?
In this case, what is the justification/motivation for buying the Pro version instead of the Portable version since both offier the same feature set with Portable offering one more function of storing in a Thumb Drive?

|Yes, they are the same in features. The only advantage of Pro version is that you can move the location of your Projects and Templates to another folder or disk. The other features are the same. Portable Offline Browser always keeps the files in the same directory where it was installed.
For non-admin users and for Windows Vista this may cause problems, because you will be not allowed to write to the Program Files directory. However you can install Portable Offline Browser to some other place on your hard disk to avoid that.
