First of all for each individual project I create a File Folder which consists of all the files for that particular project.....There is however one problem that I am experiencing, I have projects that do not appear in the "Projects" sectionof Offline Explorer.....what steps are needed to add them back without going through the whole process again.....in some cases I don't want to re-download them as changes have been made????
Thanks......

First of all if I want to create a new category I will select File->New->Folder, then I will add projects to Category by selecting New the Wizard/Project/Template, In addition to using the url I will also Create a Name rather than the default url.....then I go from there.....
With regards to when it disappears all I know is that it does from time to time, there isn't anything that I can point to.......I wish I could, so that would help you out.....
For the ones that do not appear in the projects on the left side, and they are in my directories(I use a directory/sub-directory for each project) do you have any suggestions as to how I can get them back....
Thanks
Does the disappear happen when you quit Offline Explorer and then start it again?

I am experiencing the same problem. I added 10 Projects one day and downloaded them all and at the end I hit the save button on the top. Next day when I opened Offline Explorer Pro 5.0 again, I didn''t see any of the new projects within Offline Explorer, but they are still on the disk, where I have downloaded them. I am also looking for a way to add the projects back to the program without having to completely re-test the whole settings, because they were quite complex.
Thanks for soon help.

Open the Options dialog | Advanced | File Locations section. Please see the Projects, Maps and Templates folder location.
Now quit Offline Explorer Pro , open Windows Explorer and browse to that folder. Select all files with the webdown filename (webdown.dat is the Projects file, the rest are backup copies) and copy them to another directory to keep them intact.
Select the most recent file with the maximum size and copy it back under the webdown.dat filename.
Start Offline Explorer Pro to see if all of your Projects are in place. If something is wrong with the Projects list, try to repeat the process with another webdown file.

Hello Oleg
Thanks for your instant reply. I have read these threads already, but my webdown''s didn''t contain my newly created projects, even though that I have put the save interval down to 5 minutes. So I was just wondering whether the project data is also saved somewhere else in the download path or so. But apparently there is no way to recover when these webdown''s are gone. Is this right?
In the meantime I have recreated these projects manually in the last 4 hours and I was watching the webdown''s closely. Apparently in my installation it is only updating the webdown.bak at the moment and none of the .bkn''s. Why is this? Isn''t it meant that I should have a history of the projects?
Because of the downloads I couldn''t leave the program yet, but I am wondering whether they again will disappear when I exit the program. (I made several backups myself to other directories ;-)
Thanks and Regards
Rainer
