Semicolon In Folder Name Causing problems

There is no semicolon in the folder name you supplied. In all cases, these symbols (not acceptable for filenames in Windows) are replaced.

tr_3E_3Ctr_3E_3Ctd width=50_3E;_3C

Corrected.

Actually, it could be the files inside. There is a semicolon there, and when I try to copy the folder the files are left out. Hmmm I'm puzzled.

I'll try and post a link to a picture.

I created a folder with this name and Windows correcly operated with it. Maybe it is the backup software which didn't restore it correctly? Please try to run a check disk utility (chkdsk.exe) on that drive to fix all possible errors.

Ok I'll do that soon. Here's the exact error message just so you know.

"Cannot copy tr_3E_3Ctr_3E_3Ctd width=50_3E _3C: Access is denied.

Make sure the disk is not full or write-protected
and that the file is not currently in use."

I also created a folder with that exact name too and had no problems moving it around. It's just this one. Maybe some background process is touching it, but the entire site content folder was moved from its original place before all this started.

Did you try to cehck your disk for errors?

No errors. I'm going to try redownloading the site again and move the content folder about. Wish Offline Exporer would store all the content in a Project file instead of keeping it seperate, but I can understand the reasoning.

The biggest issues with a single file that contains the whole downloaded site are:
1. It is much slower to operate (especially to update previously downloaded files).
2. It is useless without Offline Explorer running.

This is why we decided not to do that so far.
