Javascript download problem

I am trying to download pages from the site www.menupages.com. When you get to the level where the menu is (which is a java script pop up), it will not download and Offline Explorer says it does not recognize the link type. Here is a link to one of the pages that has a menu I would like to download: http://www.menupages.com/restaurantdetails.asp?areaid=0&restaurantid=2823&neighborhoodid=0&
cuisineid=0

On that page it will not give me the option to download the menu using offline explorer and adding the individual link. I click it and nothing happens. When I right click the link it says it does not recognize. Here is what I think is the actual link to the menu,
javascript:mp_openHTMLWinSimple('menuprocess.asp?page=sm&restaurantId=2823&htmllink=
26CAC3824E7446C58D5E557BAFF94D90A5E5B043B14EE7B19FF148DB0C4297052421027CA77336C4&
taglineid=0')

Is there any way to download this? Thanks.

Can you please browse the downloaded site using an external MS IE window? Sometimes the internal browser has problems displaying popup windows.

I checked that and I am able to bring them up in an externally open Explorer window. I also have Firefox and checked that and the menu pop up came up. When I use the browser in Offline Explorer to go to the site the popup does not come up. Nothing happens when I click the link. No errors or opening the page. Is there a popup blocker in Offline Explorer? Thanks for your help.

These windows opened well on my system when browsing inside Offline Explorer, but this happens sometimes. I will have to find such situation where it reproduces and try to fix.
