Trying to download streaming media content

I subscribed to a radio show that continues to add new content. However, they are streaming it and I'd rather have an offline copy to listen the radio later on. It keeps downloading the Real Media content (which I don't want) and I can not get it to download the Windows Media content. Here is an example of a URL that shows up in Offline Explorer.

http://www.premiereinteractive.com/cgi-bin/stream.cgi?stream=audio/bobbie_-_teen_violence.asf&site=philhend&token=ca8ccabdOcia3bScabdbodPbva5azbUdIad-beT5oM-bWG-AqsxqpEm-lBmnlvk9nxlgkZjclCnHk3&type=windows_od&clips=&v=&start=&stop=&RL=

I added a filter to only download the .ASF and the .ASX files. No luck. (It kept downloading Real Media content with just this filter) Then I added a protocol filter for just Windows Media and stopped the RM and now nothing is coming down.

Any ideas?

I started the download of the link and it redirects to the URL:

mms://a0015.v50237.c5023.g.vm.akamaistream.net/7/0015/5023/v06071704/philhend.download.akamai.com/5023/_!/audio/bobbie_-_teen_violence.asf?auth=camdAd4bndJaAdAdmaobocxdxcXdzdwa3bz-EtxvtqBm&aifp=a

Which is a Windows Media stream and Offline Explorer Pro loads it well. It doesn't even try to load any RealMedia stream.
