download order

With the old versions of OE, projects used to be downloaded sequentially - ie one at a time. If you selected 10 projects to be downloaded it would prioritise files so that you would get all the files from the first project starting to download before any from the second etc. The more recent versions seem to do bits from all projects in parallel. This means that if you set 20 projects to download you have to wait until all of them are nearly finished before any show as complete. If each one takes 5 mins you have to wait ~2hours before you can check/use each one. It was really useful before when they finished one at a time as some would finish while othgers were still downloading. It also mean you could set your own priority order by selecting which order you started the downloads. Is it possible to set the priority back to being sequential rather than parallel?

Previous versions also loaded projects in parallel, but this was not ordered correctly. New version improves that. But if you want to load them one after another, you could use Sequencer in the View menu.

Where would I find this view window and/or sequencer?

View menu is located on the top of the program screen. Click View and you will see the menu list dropped down with the Sequencer inside it.
