Where are the files?

I just downloaded only the PDF files from a site. The program finished and reported 1280 files downloaded. Yet "C:\download" only shows about 80 files. Where are the files that were downloaded?

There was a bug that could have results like you described.

Can you please download the updated version here:

http://www.metaproducts.com/download/betas/oep2380.zip

Unzip the file and replace the old oe.exe file with the new one. Please let me know how it works.

Thank you!

I did as you suggested. The program now announced:
"Download complete - 1152 files"

Actual number of files in "C:\Download" was 173. Size of Download= 12.6 MB. Incorrect!

The correct result should be: Files = 1824. Size of PDF download = 71 MB.

I am trying to download all the PDF files from "www.valueline.com".

Your program worked correctly when all filetypes were acceptable. When I restrict the program
to PDF files only (in order to reduce the time taken & the size of the download), it fails to work correctly.

Please let me know your project settings - select it, click the Copy button on toolbar and then paste it to the forum message.

I will try to reproduce it and see what is wrong. Also, can you right-click the Project, select View - Statistics and see actual numbers there?

As I can see, this happened, most probably, because of retries. Sometimes Offline Explorer detects that the file is incomplete and gets it again. This is why the downloaded size counter may show more than actually saved. In any case, the statistics shows 11 MBs of files being saved.
