Getting to next level via hyperlink?

I am trying to access information about proposals from a website in California https://www.cscr.dgs.ca.gov/cscr/contract_ads/display/contract_cat_index.asp?GUID=
Which opens to a page that requires a mouse-click on a hyperlink (for example, 5 Consulting) to get to the next level. (The url of this page appears to be the same as above). To get to the next level (where the actual proposals are) requires checking a checkbox (or all checkboxes). I have been unable to get past the 1st url with Offline Explorer Pro. Any suggestions? Thanks, Noel

Please try to allow HTML Forms Processing in the Project Properties dialog - Advanced section.

Thanks, but it did not make any difference. The contents search works well at the 0 level but it will not go any deeper. The intro page requires "CLICK on Category to select." If you can think of anything else that would help, I would appreciate it. For now, we will have to manually search the site. Thanks again for your rapid response.

Sorry. I looked at the source code and I saw that the script changes an online form and submits it. Unfortunately, this is not yet supported.
