Out of nowhere I am getting a Low disk space / Project stopped error. I have over 70 Gigs on my harddrive. I even cleaned more space and are still getting the error message. What is going on here??

Can you please turn on messages log (Ctrl+W) and see what exact errors are there - perhaps there is another drive with temp directory that is overloaded?

You can also click the blinking yellow sign on the status bar to see more details.

It`s trying to send everything to my E drive, I no longer have an E drive. I went to Option - Advanced - File Locations - Download Directory, and it has the corect drive which is now Q.
Is there something I`m missing?

Perhaps, you specified the Download Directory on E: drive in the Folder Properties dialog. Please check it.

I`m having a similar problem. I keep having the "low disk spack" pop up. I`ve run the cleaner and actually moved almost ALL of my photos to 5 CD-Rs ...so i know there is plenty of space on the computer. Any ideas?

Thanks. Natalie

Do you know which exact drive has low disk space? If not, please click the yellow blinking icon on the Status bar or see the error in the Log (Ctrl+W).

There was a bug in 3.9 version - can you please press Ctrl+W 3 times to show the log when it is docked?

I tried that and it did not work. I was able to find out that it is my C: drive and that I have 168KB left of memory is what it says...any ideas on how to help? Would it help you to see a HijackThis log?
Thanks for your help on this....I sure wish bugs and viruses were nonexistent!!!

Do you really have just 168 KBs of free disk space on C: ? If so, this is too low and you need to erase files that you don`t need from the disk.

That`s what the error says, but i know it can`t be true b/c I just transferred all of my digital photos to CDs to try to solve the problem and it didn`t work. That makes me think I have some sort of virus or bug...any thoughts?

Can you please right-click the error line in the Log, copy it and then paste it here?
