Offline explorer pro,

Its been downloading about 12 hours,
Several gigs...

Its still working, but I cant see the main screen any more and its responding very slowly..

Can I restart my computer?
Will I have to start over?

Or is their some auto save function by default?

I`m tempted to close the system down so I can make adjustments, check my work...

But I don`t want to waist the 2 gigs of data I have downloaded and start over.

Is their some Auto save function like a MS word document that saves every 10 min?

I cant get to the suspend button..

Thanks~

There is AutoSave in the Options dialog.

I would suggest you to press F9 in Offline Explorer and wait until it finishes all downloads and the user interface behaves fast again.

To save the state of the current download you can use Download | Suspend to File feature.

I went ahead and entered in the command line:

OE.exe /SuspendToFile=c:\dir\file.wdq

It has stopped downloading and its now I guess saving something.
(taking a great deal of time)

But I can now see my Hard drive lights and a great deal of activity going on.

I hope I am able to resume,

The program is not responding, but it has not crashed.

I`m sure more ram would fix this as this was a huge download.

Thanks again!

Jay,

Ok, I accidentally closed OE,

I went ahead and selected my project by right clicking it,

Download missing files (CTRL F5)

Its I guess working, pharsing, looking,

I`m wanting to restart where it left off,

I will browse the forums.

thanks for the great support!
