feeding urls to parse from external text link file

Hi!
I`d like to know if there is a way to have OE use an external file with a list of urls to parse instead of having them pasted into the "adresses" field. The reason I am asking is that I am working on some project, that will involve several million urls that need to be parsed and these list will be also changing from time to time.

Sure. You can use the following URL Macro for that in the URLs field of the Project:

{:file=c:\file.txt}

Is there a max limit of URLs that can be put into that url list file ?

No. However getting too many URLs may take some time when you start downloading the site.
