Hi, I have the following problem with Offline Explorer Pro:

After upgrading from a previous 3.x version of Offline Explorer Pro to the new 3.6.1930 i can not view the items of the projects`s right click context menu. You can view the issue at this URL:

Operating system: Windows 95 OSR2 (Spanish)
Inernet Explorer version: 5.50.4807.2300

Any advice will be welcome. Thank you very much.

OK. We will try to install Windows 95 OSR2 and see how the problem can be fixed. Please excuse us if this will take some time.

Hi Oleg.

Just FYI:
The exact S.O. version is Windows 95 4.00.950 C

Take whatever necessary time and thank you very much.

Sorry, not yet. It is hard to find the first Windows 95 version nowdays. But why you cannot upgrade to at least Windows 98? Offline Explorer works very well under this system.

Hi Oleg.

I don`t doubt your program will work very well with W98, but i can not say the same for very rare and critical hardware i have and there are no drivers for it in more recent S.O. This capricious hardware works only in W95, this is the cause in a nut sell.

Thank you.

I am not sure if this helps, but please try to download the updated oe.exe file here:

http://www.metaproducts.com/download/betas/oep1949.zip

Then run it from the command-line this way:

oe.exe /NoMenuImages

This will skip showing images in context menus, which may solve the problem. Please let me know how it works.

Hi Oleg.

Sorry, bad luck. With the provided command line parameter and beta version there are empty menu lists. I mean, no images, no text, nothing.

Thank you for your efforts.

OK. I will try to find a solution, but I am not sure when it will be done. Right now I have no good ideas to do it.

Oleg.
