IE can`t read the downloaded .jsp

I use Offline Explorer to download some .jsp page, e.g.,
http://developers.sun.com/prodtech/javatools/jscreator/index.jsp

The file name downloaded is index.jsp with the following header
<!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.01 Transitional//EN">

I can read the correct contents by Mozilla and Netscape, but IE display them as pure text instead of HTML contents!

Should I change any setting in IE? Or Offline Explorer has some options that I can force the renaming from .jsp to .html explicitly?

Thanks,
Po-Ting

You can export the site with the "Add standard extensions" box checked (File | Export in the main menu). This way, Offline Explorer will correct HTML files headings and extensions for more compatibility with browsers.
