When I downloaded http://www-900.ibm.com/developerWorks/cn/education/java/JavaIntro/tutorial/index.html, it cannot get the url inside the page:
/developerWorks/cn/cnonlinetutorial.nsf/gethtml?OpenAgent&url=/developerWorks/cn/education/java/JavaIntro/tutorial/JavaIntro-1-1.html
After I changed server filter to "Load files from all servers" and restarted download, the wrong url appeared in queue:
http://www-900.ibm.com*=/developerWorks/cn/education/java/JavaIntro/tutorial/JavaIntro-1-1.html
I just checked these links and Offline Explorer Pro loads them correctly. Maybe it is because I am not logged on the site?

Did you get developerWorks/cn/education/java/JavaIntro/tutorial/JavaIntro-1-1.html ?

I created a simple Project with Level=1. I selected "Custom configuration" in URL Filters | Directory section and added the following keyword there:
developerworks/cn
This started loading all the URLs you need. The problem is that I cannot continue the download, because it redirects me to a logon page.
Oleg.
I created a new project in 3.5 as you metioned, it`s ok. But the old project created in 3.4 has still been wrong. After I deleted the project(and all files) and recreated the project, it`s ok now!
I see. If you kept the old Project, you could send it to me to see what is actually wrong.
