about string "25" and "40" in URL

|In Offline Explorer Enterprise 3.4.1810.
String "25" or "40" in URL will be replaced with "5F25" and "5F40". Use OE to download these URLs:
It will not cause trouble but the filename looks weird. I found this from OE 3.3.

|Yes, it is so, because Offline Explorer changes some symbols that are not compatible with the filesystem. For example, @ symbol is converted to _40. To make sure the filename can be translated back to online URL, I replace all _40 with _2F40.
All links in downloaded files should work well, anyway.
