about string "25" and "40" in URL

In Offline Explorer Enterprise 3.4.1810.
String "25" or "40" in URL will be replaced with "5F25" and "5F40". Use OE to download these URLs:

It will not cause trouble but the filename looks weird. I found this from OE 3.3.

Yes, it is so, because Offline Explorer changes some symbols that are not compatible with the filesystem. For example, @ symbol is converted to _40. To make sure the filename can be translated back to online URL, I replace all _40 with _2F40.

All links in downloaded files should work well, anyway.
