I would like to backup all OE settings I know that there are two files that I need:
WebDown.dat & Template.dat
But the options settings are not saved there, could u point me to the file that i should save?
Thanks

Well, all Options settings are in Windows Registry. You can start regedit.exe, browse to:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\MetaProducts\Offline Explorer Pro and backup this node to a .reg file.

Ah-HA!

A while ago I mentioned problems where OE Pro would refuse to accept a new projects directory path. It appears Spybot - Search & Destroy`s registry protection or that of Spyware Blaster is silently preventing OE Pro from saving new settings.

Wow! I can`t imagine that Offline Explorer might be considered a spyware by that tool! It doesn`t even check our site for new versions and it surely doesn`t send any info to us or to another company/site. Or was it because you set that software to prevent all Registry writes?
