Help dl images from Getty.com?

I can get OE to dl the first page, but can`t get it to spider all the pages in this group (1-10)

You could try a url macro. I played around with the url above it is the 3rd number after Searchstate that is the page number so try something like:

http://editorial.gettyimages.com/source/CFW/imageResults.aspx?s=EventImagesSearchState|1|90|{:1..11}|50789573|0|0|0|0|&p=3

to get all 11 pages.
