Purchased OE Pro - activation Key doesn`t work

I purchased OE Pro online on the 25th of March 2004. I received a purchase confirmation and an email which has the activation key included. When I copy this into OE Pro, the key is invalid. I have emailed email@example.com 3 times since 25th of March requesting help with this, but I have yet to receive a reply. Can you give me an email address that does work and that responds to emails?

|I just received an answer from our support department. They were sending you answers to each of your requests. However they got no reply from you. Can you please check if your E-mail account works (no antispam/antivirus filter blocks E-mails from our company)?
