I know the topic has already more or less been dealt with but I still cannot get these Real Player audio files with my OE Enterprise trial copy. I am responsible for the purchase of equipment and sofware for several French universities and our language teachers are mostly interested in downloading these audio files. I tried to download "Listen to the story" located in
http://www.bbc.co.uk/worldservice/learningenglish/newsenglish/witn/index.shtml and it did not work.
My computer knowledge is limited so I wonder if my problems are due to 1) limitations of the trial version or 2) to the choice of bad settings - though I first tried with the default ones and then applied the advice you gave to Fred F. on 3/3/2OO3 or 3) to the BBC site`s restrictions.
Your help would be greatly appreciated

The BBC Radio player uses mostly .rpm redirectors and some .ram redirectors.

Check only Video and Audio Filters. Un-check all other Filters.
Video
Location - Load using URL filters settings
Extensions - Add extension rpm
Audio
Location - Load from any site
URL Filters

I did not manage to solve the problem. The address I was talking about was the following :
http://www.bbc.co.uk/worldservice/learningenglish/newsenglish/witn/index.shtml
and not the one you tried that indeed uses the BBC Radio player.
When I click on "listen to the story" (located about middle of the page ) of the address I was talking about, it triggers and uses my free version of REAL PLAYER. I can hear correctly those files online BUT I can`t make OE to save them on my disk. If possible, could you use this precise address http://www.bbc.co.uk/worldservice/learningenglish/newsenglish/witn/index.shtml and see how OE behaves ? Thanks a lot !!!
