I am downloading an .rm stream with Offline Explorer Pro 2.9. I have a 180KB/s cable connection and I know from experience that the target server is fast (I tried watching the 384KB/s stream and did reach 180KB/s), but Offline Explorer only reaches around 30KB/s. The `Speed` setting is `High`, but still it`s stuck around 30KB/s. Anyone have a clue as to how this is caused, and what I can do about it?
In Options - Speed
Is Speed control set to High and Limit download speed un-checked?
Is maximum RTSP bandwidth set to 10Mbps LAN?

Yes, all check but still 30KB/s
When I download multiple files, the speed increases (30KB/s per file!).
Well, it is simlply possible that the particular stream was encoded at 30K and the server will not stream it faster just because streaming technology is real-time.
