Offline Explorer, cookies, sessions, JRun, and Struts

I`m looking for a tool that will let me download a dynamic website in order to create a demo version. I`ve tried many many tools over the past two days with limited success. It seems that no tools allow me to log in through a form login. They all allow HTTP logins, but my site doesn`t use an HTTP login. Will Offline Explorer allow me to supply login information, and retain one session so that subsequent page requests don`t redirect back to the login page?

The application I want to crawl is built using Struts and JRun.

Dear Bill Noto,

This should be simple with Offline Explorer Pro. Simply browse to the site logon page in Offline Explorer Pro`s Internal browser, enter your username and password (or another info, if the form requires) and then press and hold down Ctrl + Alt keys while submitting the HTML Form. Offline Explorer Pro will create a new Project for you with the recorded HTML Form contents, so it will submit the form automatically when you start downloading it.

I hope this helps.
