I am using Offline EX Pro ver 2.8 on win-xp system. Trying to download a single RAM file but won`t connect. The link is valid because it connects, opens realmedia and plays the file using MS Explorer and Netscape. I loaded the page (http://www.wamu.org/dr/index.html) in the internal browser and dragged the "listen link" (http://www.wamu.org/ram/2003/r1030707.ram) to the download tree. It says,
" RTSP0 connecting to host wamu.toad.net... rtsp://wamu.toad.net/dr/2003/r1030707.rm
RTSP1 connecting to host wamu.toad.net ... rtsp://wamu.toad.net/gateway.rm
But nothing happens. it just stays like that trying to connect. Please advise
I am trying to download the link "11:00 - Martha Ackmann: The Mercury 13" on the Diane Rehm Show

I am sorry, but the file uses PNM protocol, which is not yet supported in Offline Explorer Pro. It tries to load the file using RTSP, but the server supports PNM only.

Oh! Bummer! I`ll bet you can guess my next 2 questions... 1. Will you be incorporating this feature in OEP anytime soon? 2. Do you know of any work around or other software that can do this?
Thanks...

I am not sure. I tried to find any information on that protocol, but so far without any success.

I am not sure if you would find it, but there was an utility X-FileGet. Its development was stopped long time ago.
