Is there a way to relink already download HTML files so the links will stay good after you change the project settings?
I do tried to download a site with level=2 and after it completed I noticed that some of the images are located outside the directory I downloaded; so I changed the project settings to include the missing images a redownloaded the project. But already downloaded HTML files are referencing the images located in http://www.site.com/ instead of http://127.0.0.1/ and after redownloading this not changed. Of course I don`t want to download everything again, just download the missing files BUT they need to be linked correctly.
Is there any option to relink the downloaded HTML files? Or is there a way to setup the project so when you change a setting and redownload, everything stays linked right?
Yes, this is possible. However Offline Explorer needs to keep original copies of downloaded sites. Here is how it works. Before loading some site, you need to have "Keep .primary files" setting checked in the Project Properties dialog | Advanced section. With this setting, Offline Explorer will relink all HTML files on later updates, even if some file is not redownloaded (like in "Do not load existing files" mode).
I hope this helps.
