Hello,

I found there is a minor problem with OEPro while downloading rtsp files with ?start&end option. I have several rtsp jobs to download, only four connections at the same time. At first, every thing was fine, after finished one job, the consequence one should start, and it started, but only connected for a few seconds, and then finished. it said, download completed, but only a file with no content existed.

The first finished job is with npt=0-4200, for example, it`s OK, no problem, the second one is with npt=0-1500, so here is the problem, the second job start with npt=4200-1500, that explains what happened.

here is the log:

Brian,

I just tried to reproduce it, but NPTs were represented correctly. Maybe it is a silly question, but do you have the latest 2.6 Service Release 1 version installed?

If this is the same with the latest version, could you please write us to support@metaproduts.com and provide us with more details on that with complete URLs, if possible.

Thank you!

Best regards,
Oleg Chernavin
