For example:

rtsp://real.stream.co.jp:554/vod/jra/video/ttopics/t02_0823sundays_dsl.rm
The first movie looks like a freeze-frame in the first five seconds, and the second doesn`t play sound at the beginning.
I would like to have this bug fixed when possible.

It isn`t a bug. It has to do with your streambandwidth setting. You can change it in the older versions via the registry - or - in the version 2.5.967 and above you can set the rtsp stream bandwidth directly in the software (View Menu, Options - Speed - go down to the Maximum RTSP bandwidth dropbox and make it T1 or T10 - and then redownloiad those videos).
set the bandwidth to "10Mbps LAN".
I guess you mean those videos lack a lot of frames with low bandwidth settings (such as 56K or ISDN).
What I`d like to say is OEP seems to miss some packets (especially at the beginning)
even if the bandwidth setting is T10.
Here are some details:
rtsp://real.stream.co.jp:554/vod/jra/video/cf/cf_saigonodsl.rm
the one recieved with RealPlayer
length 1:07:0, 2821 packets
the one recieved with OEP
length 1:05:3, 2812 packets
Oleg.
I`ve tried it again, but still have a problem.
OEP says the length is 67 seconds, but download stops at 65 seconds.
