Hi there,
I`m trying to use OEP 2.5.960 for RTSP streams but it doesn`t work. I`m behind a firewall, http proxy is automatically detected but nothing happens... thanks

Hello,

Can you please tell me, what do you see on the gray connections panel when you start loading any RTSP link?

Thank you.

Hi again,

I can see "Transferring data from" and nothing happens then, the download wouldn`t start...

Some HTTP proxy servers do not support RTSP streaming via HTTP well. Does RealPlayer work in the same conditions with the same proxy settings?

Best regards,

RealOne player doesn`t work if only http proxy is set but when I put the same proxy for the RTSP it`s ok. The port number is of course different. There is no separate RTSP proxy in the OEP, should http work with the same 8080 port then? I tried to put 554 but it refuses to connect to proxy...

Do you know the name of your RTSP proxy software? I would test it to add support to Offline Explorer Pro.

Another suggestion is to try to setup SOCKS proxy in Offline Explorer. RTSP should work well via SOCKS 4 or 5.

SOCKS doesn`t work at all :(
I don`t know the name of the RTSP proxy software, can I check it somehow?
