removing browser integration

I want to remove offline explorer pro 2.5 from my system entirely but am having problems. I have got rid of all the files that came in the original zip file but the program has integrated with Internet Explorer, so when I right click on a file, the option to "download whole page with offline explorer" is still there. How do I get rid of this? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Offline Explorer Pro should be properly uninstalled to remove these links. I would suggest you to install it again and then uninstall it using the Control Panel | Add/Remove applications.

I have re-installed the program but it does not appear in the list when I go to Add/Remove prgrams in Control Panel. There is also no uninstall file included. I dont know what else to do to get rid of the browser integration. Any ideas what I should do?

This is strange. Please try to run it from the command line this way:
oe.exe /UnInstall

This initiates uninstall process, which should remove entries correctly.

Still not getting any uninstall process. I was unable to rename the oe.exe line because I just get an error message telling me that the character "/" is not allowed. I am not sure if I am doing this correctly, as I am am simply right-clicking on the oe.exe file, going to properties, and then trying to rename the oe.exe to oe.exe /UnInstall. Is this what I should be doing? If so, then please give me step-by-step instructions how to do it so I dont mess it up. Thanks for your time.

OK. Please go to the Start menu and select Run...

Then browse to find oe.exe file and click Open. In the Run window you will see the full path to Offline Explorer executable. It is probably surrounded with quote symbols. Please put cursor at the end of the line and add a space symbol and /UnInstall there. Then click OK button to run it.

Sorry to be a pain in the ass, but this still isnt working. I have followed the instructions you gave me EXACTLY, but when I add the space followed by /UnInstall and click run, I am told: "Windows can not find C:\Program Files\Offline Explorer\oe.exe /UnInstall. Make sure you typed the name correctly and try again. To search for a file, click the start button, and click Search."
Maybe it has something to do with Windows XP, which I am running? I am at a loss as to what to do. Any other ideas you may have would be very welcome.

The line should look this way:
"C:\Program Files\Offline Explorer\oe.exe" /UnInstall

The quotes above tell Windows where the filename is.

Got it to work and it un-installed the oe.exe fine, but unfortunately the browser integration is still there. I tried a restart to see if that might work but it didn`t. Any other suggestions? If not, its ok, I will learn to live with the browser integration.
I appreciate all your help.

OK. I will work on the uninstall code. Meanwhile, please do the following:

Start regedit.exe, browse to:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\MenuExt

and delete the following subkeys:
Download using &Offline Explorer
Download using Offline &Explorer
Download the &current page with Offline Explorer

This should help.
