Why do I get a "The page cannot be displayed" message?

When I download a site and try to view it later, it works fine until I disconnect from the internet. Then, I get a "The page cannot be displayed" error. Why should I need to be connected to view sites I`ve downloaded?

Dear Neil Smith,

This happens on some systems with autodialup. Since Offline Explorer uses its own internal Web server to display downloaded Web pages, Internet Explorer thinks that Internet connection is necessary.

To avoid this, simply uncheck the Internal HTTP server box in the Options dialog.
