OEE doesn't download file with address php?q=

I notice that OEE doesn't download webpage with address *.php?q=* but it download webpage with adress *.php@q=*.
Is this a bug? And how to I make OEE to download *.php?q=* webpage?

|Actually, it downloads web pages with .php?q=.... However Windows doesn't allow filenames to contain ? symbol and Offline Explorer has to change it to @ symbol.
However if you update the downloaded web site, Offline Explorer would correctly request webpages with ? symbol, not with @.

|Simply select the Project and click the Download button. By default, it tries to get only new and updated files.
This depends on the Project Properties - File Modifications Check section.
