I just bought Offline Explorer Enterprise 6.0. I have a problem with the "Export". After a few minutes, the window "Export" hangs (not responding). I tested with several computers (Windows 7 64bit). Note: With the Beta versions, everything was ok. Support does not answer ! It's a bug ? Somebody has an idea ?

Please let me know how it works. Thank you!

Hi Oleg

Thank you for the answer. Unfortunately, version 6.0.3674 has the same problem. I tried with several sites. Thank you in advance for a solution.

OK. How I can reproduce this? What site I should download and with which settings? What settings to use in the Export?

We can do another way - I may send you a version that logs export operations to see what file hangs it.

Oleg.

Hi Oleg,

-Project name: http://www.swissinfo.ch
-Levels limit: 4
-Choose file types to download: Download all files that are linked to the starting page
-Download location:
load only within the starting URL: http://www.swissinfo.ch
tick: load images from any location
tick: try to explore all possible subdirectories
-select: Setup advanced settings
URL Filters, Protocol, custom protocols configuration:
uncheck: Load from MS Media Player streams (MMS protocol)
uncheck: Load from Real streams (RTSP protocol)
uncheck: Load from Real streams (PNM protocol)
The rest is default.

Export:

Please replace the oe.exe file with the following one:

http://www.metaproducts.com/download/betas/OEE3682.zip

Run the export and after it hangs for some time, send me the c:\download\oe.log file (zipped) to support@metaproducts.com.

Thank you!

Oleg.
