I have used the software since about 2003 and always upgraded to newer versions but have concerns if support can no longer help when we send emails, we paid good money for the software and all upgrades but without support it makes it impossible for us to resolve some issues.
If anybody has spoken to support@metaproducts recently please reply or if anybody from Metaproducts reads this please reply and let me know how to contact you if your email system is broken or whatever.

In most cases we reply within 24 hours. And even faster. But E-mail is unreliable nowdays, unfortunately.
