Simply select the Project and press Ctrl+F5 to get missing files.

A more advanced way is to use Download menu - Suspend to File. And resume from file when necessary.

I'm downloading file about 500mb and connection broken somewhere in the middle.
Now I need to continue downloading not the "missing files", but all incomplette files exactly from the points where connection was broken.

This is a trival resume operation that supportet by almost ALL software ranging from wget to Teleport. How can I resume incomplete files with OE?

There is no way to resume incomplete file. You can only resume incomplete site download.

Do you plan to support this feature in future OE releases?

Again, this is a common and hardly needed feature. Very strange what OE miss it. I hope this omission may be and will be fixed soon.

We did that because it is offline browser and not a file downloader. It has different purpose. What it can do now is send big files to Mass Downloader, which supports resume. This is possible using the Project Properties dialog - File Filters sections.
